WYNDHAM GRAND FALLSVIEW HOTEL, Niagara Falls – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is conveniently close to the casino for parking and gambling, with a fabulous covered walkway connecting to it. My room, though not facing the falls, was decent, but the noisy corridor with doors banging all night was a downside. The view was obstructed by a bright neon casino sign and a rooftop heating furnace was all I could see.

The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to the mall and the casino, and walking distance to the Keg. The rooms were spotless with no dust, though the odor on the 8th floor caused some sneezing episodes. The service staff swiftly handled our room change but I encountered some rudeness, particularly from a lady with short blonde hair and glasses. The location's convenience is unbeatable, offering a covered walkway to the casino and close proximity to various amenities and dining options. While the dining was quite overpriced, opting for a nearby IHOP proved to be a more economical choice for a decent meal.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were nice but could use some updates, especially with the slow-filling jacuzzi and lack of warm water. On the bright side, the location was great for exploring Niagara Falls and the casino. However, some service aspects were lacking, like the pool being closed and encountering a rude salesman attitude. Dining options were hit or miss, with high prices for basic meals, but you could find some affordable choices too.
